Internships

We’re always happy to welcome interns to our team. As a small, passionate agency, we take a hands-on approach to mentorship, ensuring every intern is involved in real, meaningful projects. It’s a win-win. You gain valuable experience by learning and doing, and we grow by expanding what we can create and deliver for our clients, while exploring new ideas and opportunities together.

Whether you're into communication, marketing, graphic design, community management, web development, or web design, you'll join a creative, close-knit team where your ideas matter and your work makes a difference. You’ll gain valuable experience and build skills that truly support your personal and professional journey.

If you're a student, our internships are designed to fit within your academic or educational program while giving you space to grow beyond it.

We only offer internships longer than one month. Ideally, at least three months, so there’s enough time for you to fully immerse yourself and thrive.

Communication internship

Are you an undergraduate or graduate student of Communication looking for a unique opportunity to develop yourself in the exciting world of communication? We offer you a challenging internship in which you get the chance to use and develop your talents to the fullest!

What will you do?

As an intern at Two of A Kind, you will work on a variety of communication projects. Your responsibilities include:

Creating engaging written, visual or audiovisual communication products.
Collecting, evaluating and compiling content for various projects.
Managing, analysing and optimising social media and website content.
Supporting professional processes with social media applications.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and independent intern who recognises herself or himself in the following:

You have a passion for communication and strong communication skills.
You are creative, accurate and think in terms of solutions.
You enjoy working in a small and close-knit team and feel at home in a small-scale organisation.
You are daring and eager to learn to develop yourself further in marketing, communication and web creation.
You speak at least 2 of these languages: French, Dutch, English

Web design / Graphic design internship

Are you a bachelor’s or master’s student in Web Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Media? And are you looking for a unique opportunity to put your skills into practice? We offer a creative and challenging internship where you can fully utilise and further develop your talents!

What will you do?

As a web design intern at Two of A Kind, you’ll contribute to a variety of digital projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and developing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Optimising existing designs and contributing ideas for UX/UI improvements.
Translating brand identities into visually compelling online experiences.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and independent intern who recognises themselves in the following:

You have a passion for web design and a keen eye for detail.
You’re familiar with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
You’re solution-oriented and have a strong sense of structure, colour, and typography.
You’re eager to learn, take initiative, and enjoy working in a small, close-knit team.
You speak at least 2 of these languages: French, Dutch, English

Web designer / Web developer internship

Are you a bachelor’s or master’s student in Web Design, Web Development, or Digital Media? Do you want to combine your design skills with technical know-how to create powerful websites? If so, this internship could be just what you’re looking for!

What you’ll be doing: As a web design/development intern at Two of A Kind, you’ll work on digital projects from concept to completion.

What will you do?

As a web design/development intern at Two of A Kind, you’ll work on digital projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and developing websites and landing pages.
Translating designs into functional websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Building, testing, and optimising web pages.
(Learn to) work with CMS platforms like WordPress or ProcessWire.
Contribute ideas on usability, structure, and performance of sites.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and independent intern who recognises themselves in the following:

You have an eye for design and an interest in development.
You’re comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
You know your way around tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
You pay attention to detail, structure, and responsive design.
You’re curious, eager to learn, and enjoy being part of a creative team.
You speak at least 2 of these languages: French, Dutch, English
